Here are some answers to some of our frequently asked questions;

How long does it take to receive the products once ordered? 

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day, but it can take up to 3 and then it pretty much depends where you live - in SA & VIC you should receive your order within 2 business days of dispatch, NSW and Lower QLD 4 days from distpatch and everywhere else approximately 5 days from dispatch.

 How much does it cost to send to me?

We base our costs on the amount of product purchased - if you require large orders or want express postage please email or ring and we will quote you. These are prices to mainland Australia

Can I order your products if I am overseas?

Yes you can, but our internet system will not allow you to process your overseas address as freight is very difficult to automatically process. What we do is get you to use our head office address - 33B Hastings Street,  GLENELG, South Australia, 5045 and use your own details for everything else, please be sure to add your postal address in the comments section.

We will then process your order and inform you of the postage costs involved via email for your approval - once you approval is given, we will bill your credit card and send the goods to you. WE DO NOT PROCESS YOUR CREDIT CARD UNTIL YOU GIVE US THE OK.

 

Is your web site safe for credit card transactions?

YES! Our secure shopping system incorporates industry standard SSL 3.0 data encryption at 128 bit using the internationally trusted Comodo certificates. The secure server that performs the processing of the payment is protected by the latest in hardware firewall technology. This ensures your private information is kept private throughout the payment process.

 

Do you have a physical shop?

Yes we do - we have two stores - one at Westfield Marion - ground floor near David Jones and the other is  32 Twin Street in the City. The Marion store is open regular hours while the city store has reduced hours over winter please ring 08 8298 2339 for times.

 

I need my products urgently can you help?

We always try our hardest to help with urgent requests - we can use Express Post and depending on the time of day and the current days workload we can usually dispatch the same day. You can ring us on 08 8298 2339 or email us at info@vividroom.com.au - there will be extra postal charges.

 

What is your returns policy

We understand the shopping on the internet is not always easy as the colours etc are not always an exact match. Please also note that we can have minor colour differences between products. If in any way you are not happy with your purchase of any of our products please inform us within 14 days and we will be happy to refund your purchase on the safe return to us of the products.

 

I would like to hire some lighting for an interstate function can you help? 

Sorry, no due to the difficulty in ensuring the stock is dispatched and returned within the time frames needed we have had to stop interstate hiring. We do now have the 10 metre festoon lights available for sale please ring 08 8298 2339 for details

 

Can Vivid Room produce our invitations and other stationery?

Yes we now offer a full stationery service - we can produce any of your stationery needs. We still also have our very popular in-store DIY where you can come into our city store and make your own invites with our hep
